Ling Ling is a unique bar and restaurant experience from Hakkasan. Presenting smaller plates of Cantonese dishes, Ling Ling encourages guests to discover Hakkasan’s cuisine in a different way. Featuring an extensive drinks menu, an innovative cocktail list, exquisite dining and an eclectic, high-energy soundtrack, Ling Ling is designed to evolve from drinking to dining to dancing – in no particular order.
Yauatcha is a Michelin-starred contemporary dim sum teahouse that opened its first location in London in 2004. The restaurant offers an all-day experience, specializing in modern dim sum, as well as wok dishes and other small eats. The concept is a modern reinterpretation of the traditional Cantonese teahouse featuring an exceptional range of Chinese, Taiwanese and Indian teas. Yauatcha is also known for its handmade petits gateaux, macarons and chocolates, available both a la carte and retail. Originally designed by Christian Liaigre, each restaurant’s open-plan layout and visible kitchen energize the entire space.
Sake no Hana offers modern-authentic Japanese cuisine, presenting a la carte menus that feature a variety of hot and cold appetizers, Toban and Kamameshi dishes. A carefully selected list of sakes, Japanese whiskeys, wines, spirits and liqueurs complement the elegant dishes offered in Sake no Hana. With interiors originally designed by esteemed Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, each restaurant is ornamented with linear bamboo and cypress wood. Light ripples through the wooden screens giving the restaurant the feel of an urban forest.

Casa Calavera is a Día de los Muertos themed beachside cantina that creatively combines authentic Mexican cooking techniques, recipes and ingredients with contemporary, innovative and entertaining twists. Casa Calavera has an open-air, “feet in the sand” feel with interiors that feature traditional Mexican calavera art and a nod to the colorful Día de los Muertos theme. Authentic furniture pieces and lighting highlight the local culture with an array of architectural finishes, from Mexican tiles and vibrant murals to rustic wood details and stacked stone.
