Ling Ling is a unique bar and restaurant experience from Hakkasan. It draws inspiration from Japan’s bustling izakaya venues, where a drinks-first approach is adopted, and small plates accompany the beverages. Yauatcha is a Chinese dim sum teahouse with two restaurants in London offering an all-day grazing experience. Launched in Soho, Yauatcha gained immediate critical acclaim and received numerous prestigious awards including a Michelin star. Casa Calavera is a culinary and cantina concept featuring a relaxed open-air, feet-in-the-sand atmosphere and interiors that feature traditional Mexican calavera art and an authentic Día de los Muertos theme at its core. Casa Calavera creatively combines authentic Mexican cooking techniques, recipes, and ingredients with contemporary, innovative and sophisticated twists. Authentic furniture pieces and candelabras nod to old-world Mexico with an array of architectural finishes, including Mexican tiles, pebbles and stacked stone.
