Chinese dim sum teahouse Yauatcha is delighted to announce, in partnership with sister restaurant Hakkasan, the launch of Yauatcha Vegan; the brand new virtual vegan pop-up. Available to guests across London, Yauatcha Vegan delivers exquisite Vegan dim sum, wok dishes, soups and patisseries from across Yauatcha and Hakkasan’s menus.
Following increased demand for vegan dishes from both brands, Yauatcha Vegan will be the first time Yauatcha and Michelin-starred restaurant Hakkasan have combined to create a stand alone brand, catering to a variety of guests. The menu features over 38 completely Vegan dishes including brand new offerings such as the Edamame and wakame puff, filled with silky smooth edamame beans and salty wakame seaweed, and the Foraged mushroom bun with black truffle and crispy seaweed.
Alongside the new dishes, guests can enjoy signature dishes such as Crystal jade dumplings with mushroom and bean curd, Golden squash and lily bulb crystal dumplings, Hot and sour soup with shiitake mushroom, and Crispy bean curd peel and basil cress salad. To end on a sweeter note, there will be an indulgent Chocolate and passion fruit petit pot with salted caramel, caramelised hazelnuts and rice krispies.
Bound in environmentally friendly packaging, the vegan pop-up is available to guests across London via Deliveroo.
