Helen Henry came to the role as Vice President of Global Human Resources for Hakkasan Group in 2014. Rising through the ranks of the human resources field, Henry supervises and provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budgeting and labor relations on a global scale. Since taking on this leadership role, she has furthered the company culture that has enabled Hakkasan employees to perform at their best in accordance with all its human resource policies.

With an extensive 16 year background, Henry began her career as a senior human resources services representative in Pennsylvania. Here she worked as a consultant and client services manager for HR Logic where she was responsible in maintaining co-employment relationships with more than 50 clients in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts areas. As a liaison between clients and the company, she was the link between managers and employees at all levels to assist with federal compliance and third-party issue resolution. In 2000, Henry was given the position of HR System Analyst and Operations Team Lead for a healthcare company out of Boston, Massachusetts where she focused on training, coaching and mentoring a 12-person benefits team and was responsible for health, welfare, retirement allowances, manager and employee self-service and labor relations. Four years later, Henry migrated to Chicago to serve as Solution Lead and Project Manager Consultant for Technology Solutions, where she helped clients to solve financial problems by blending business expertise with information technology strategy.

Henry then took on the role as Assistant Vice President, Sr. HR Analyst and Function Project Lead for Wellington Management Company. Alongside this private partnership company, Henry managed the business process re-design for the Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Development. During her five year duration with the company, Henry supported all global business practices until 2011 where she signed on to work as Senior HR Manager for HRIS Operations – a $12 billion global healthcare products leader dedicated to innovation and long-term clinical leadership and excellence. Henry was responsible for leading senior analysts and managers as they supported operational processes and technology for applicant tracking; talent acquisition and management, HR and benefits administration among others.

In 2013, Henry moved to Las Vegas to accept the position of Managing Consultant for IBM – the world’s largest IT and consulting company that delivers innovative products, technologies and services to its clients. Henry delivered organization design, work stream planning, project management and global consultation for the Fortune 80 Company.

In 2014, Henry’s current role as VP of Global Human Resources allows her to handle all areas of human resource management for Hakkasan Group – a prestigious global restaurant and nightlife brand, where she is a respected leader, leveraging long and short term opportunities for employees in each facet of the organizations design. With her global mindset and strategic resourcing background, Henry is a valuable asset to the company and its long-term direction.
