Jerome Klint brings more than 25 years of experience to his role of Vice President of Development and Construction for Hakkasan Group. As a member of the executive team, Klint handles departmental administration, selection and supervision of design, and program management for all global construction projects for the prestigious global brand.

Prior to joining Hakkasan Group, Klint began his career in the Midwest as a Senior Project Manager for M.W. Builders, an employee-owned contracting company based in Kansas, where some of his clients were Marriott Hotels, Summerfield Suites and Barclay Suites Hotel among others. After more than 10 years with M.W. Builders, Klint was awarded the position of Vice President of Construction Management with Precept Builders, Inc., a privately held contracting company based out of Dallas, Texas. In just two years with the company, Klint led the highly successful launch of $120 million project Lone Star Park, home to a thoroughbred horse racing track in the heart of Grand Prairie, Texas. Soon after, Klint was given the opportunity to become an executive with Koll Development Company, a commercial real estate company that handles the construction of corporate headquarters, campus facilities and managed land assets.

For the next six years, Klint was a construction executive for both Core Program Development, Inc. and MEC Development, Inc. serving senior management positions to further his portfolio. In 2006, Klint became the Corporate Vice President of Construction for Ameristar Casinos. He managed a team of directors, managers and support staff through the new construction or renovation of over $1B of CAPEX projects including 2,000 hotel rooms, nightclubs, restaurants and several energy efficiency projects.

Following a two-year period as the Director of Construction for a Floridian resort focused developer, Klint signed on with Hakkasan Group in 2014 to spearhead the direction of company’s business goals within its hospitality and hotel divisions. While working closely with operations, finance and business development sectors of the brand, Klint and his team will lead the company’s future endeavors to leverage new business and extend its portfolio.
