Grant MacPherson is the Senior Vice President of Restaurants at Hakkasan Group. In this role, Grant oversees operations for the company’s restaurant portfolio across the globe, including launching new restaurants and culinary concepts in growth markets and maintaining brand standards at existing restaurant locations.
Grant joined Hakkasan Group in 2019 with over four decades of culinary experience across five continents. During his storied career, he has developed and spearheaded food and beverage programs for renowned hospitality companies and hotels, such as Wynn Resorts, Sandals and Sandy Lane. Grant has additionally collaborated with some of the world’s most decorated chefs, including Joel Robuchon and Alain Passard, as well as trusted brands like Viking Range Corporation and Stella Artois.
Grant believes mentorship is the key to success and is therefore committed to working closely with teams across all levels to drive Hakkasan Group’s global expansion. In his leisure time, Grant enjoys spending quality time with his family and working with various charities.
