Following its debut in Mykonos last summer, Ling Ling has now made its way to the red city. On 22nd August 2016 Ling Ling opened its doors at Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech becoming a must-visit destination for guests looking for a touch of refined decadence and culinary excellence.

Drawing inspiration from the Izakaya concept made popular in the East, where food accompanies the drinks and not the other way around. Ling Ling bends the Hakkasan DNA to create a unique restaurant and bar experience encompassing cocktails, dining and dancing in no particular order.

With reinvented presentations of smaller plates, Ling Ling encourages guests to share and discover Hakkasan’s cuisine differently. The Marrakech menu features Seafood with Asam sauce served with fried buns, Alaska king crab with pickled chilli and egg white and Aubergine and dry shiitake mushroom in black bean sauce. Cocktails are at the heart of the experience, offering intriguing and evolving menus curated by the award-winning team in London. Exclusive cocktails have been introduced taking inspiration from Ling Ling Mykonos and evolving them for the Marrakech scene, including Coupette No.10 using Tanqueray No. Ten gin, ginger juice, grapefruit vanilla, chilli. Another new addition is the Golden Lingyu including Don Julio Reposado tequila, Geranium, peach liqueur, ginger, vanilla, chilli, lime and apple. The sound design is mastered and perfected by Hakkasan resident DJ in London, Pathaan, bringing eclectic, masterfully crafted playlists to Ling Lings across the world.

Designed by Parisian duo Gilles & Boissier, Ling Ling in Marrakech overlooks olive groves and serene ponds at the center of the resort. With a spacious outdoor terrace, lounge and bar, Ling Ling is open all year for cocktails and dinner.
