“Arguably the sexiest, best-looking restaurant on Miami Beach.”
Hakkasan Miami was the inaugural American location for Hakkasan, and opened in May 2009 at the Fontainebleau Hotel and Resort in Miami Beach. With dishes customized to make use of the best local ingredients, the restaurant serves Hakkasan’s award-winning modern Cantonese cuisine and signature cocktails, and a dim sum lunch menu that is also available on weekends.
The interior design features teak walls and turquoise hues that evoke sea and sand throughout the dining area, bar, and lounge.
Hakkasan Miami has received a Four Diamond Award and, in 2010, was rated Best Newcomer in Zagat’s survey of best South Florida restaurants.
Elegance. Energy. Innovation.
Originally conceived by renowned designer Christian Liaigre, the restaurant interiors are opulent yet intimate, fusing modern design and traditional Chinese motifs with dark wood screens, rich materials and subtle use of lighting. With every detail carefully considered, from scent and sound to last artful bite, Hakkasan offers a truly immersive experience.
Ancient gastronomy reimagined for the modern day
Founded in 2001, Hakkasan celebrates Cantonese cuisine through traditional techniques, the finest ingredients, and contemporary flair. With international outposts in some of the world’s most vibrant cities.
Featuring locally-inspired dishes and cocktails, Hakkasan’s Only At menu uses ingredients and techniques that showcase the culture and cuisine surrounding each location. From Jakarta to San Francisco, each Hakkasan worldwide features a different set of items to explore.
