“Sake no Hana’s philosophy is anchored in the principle of ‘shun’; the moment of perfection when everything is at its peak.”
Originating from Mayfair in London, Sake no Hana brings modern-authentic Japanese dining to the cliffs of Uluwatu. Boasting majestic and uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean, Sake no Hana opened their doors in February, 2018. The a la carte menus provide a selection of toban and kamameshi dishes, while sushi and sashimi are prepared to order at the sushi bar.
