The safety and well-being of our guests and employees has always been and will remain our top priority as we prepare to reopen our businesses pending further developments and directives. Our guidelines are aligned with the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD), British government agencies, and other applicable agencies recommended health and safety protocols including endorsement from our global partners.
Our employees will be utilizing face masks and guests are highly encouraged to do so as well, if not required to do so by government mandates while visiting our venues. Face coverings will be available at all Hakkasan Group venues upon request however all guests should arrive wearing their own mask, per each locality’s directive.
For the safety of our staff and guests, hand sanitation zones have been placed throughout our venues. We encourage all guests to utilize these stations when moving throughout the venue.
Physical distancing is being enforced throughout our venues at a minimum of six feet or two meters in between groups not arriving together. This includes our queuing areas, within our pools (where applicable) and whilst moving throughout the venue.
Employees and guests are encouraged to stay home and not visit the venue should they not feel well, and any employee or guest displaying signs and symptoms of COVID-19 will be denied entry. This includes, but is not limited to fever, coughing, chills, a new loss of taste or smell, headaches, muscle pain, sore throat, or other symptoms associated with COVID-19. All staff and visitors are encouraged to seek medical attention if identifying with the above mentioned and to avoid public areas.
Additional preventive measures include;
A paperless menu system via a scannable QR code from your phone has been put in place at all venues worldwide.
Hand sanitizing stations containing at least 60% alcohol is in place at key guest contact areas.
Guests are strongly encouraged or required to wear facial coverings in all public areas in accordance with property and/or local guidelines.
Health and physical distancing (where applicable) signage is placed throughout the venue.
Employees regularly clean/disinfect commonly touched surfaces and tools with an EPA approved disinfectant.
Physical distancing enforced (where applicable).
Signage posted throughout the property reminding employees of the proper way to wash hands, sneeze and to avoid touching their faces.
All employees receive training on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols; department specific procedures and training on how to respond appropriately to potential cases of coronavirus infection at work, in accordance with local guidelines.
Screening survey completed prior to each shift.
Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) provided to employees.
Masks worn in accordance with CDC guidance and any state or local directives.
Employees will practice enhanced hygiene – washing hands properly, how to sneeze and avoid touching their faces.
All employees are required to use hand sanitizing gel upon entry to the venues.
