Ticket Sale Info:

What is the surcharge?
Tickets are subject to a per ticket surcharge which is shown in the ticket selection page at the time of purchase.
What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted by Hakkasan Group, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
How much do tickets cost?
Ticket costs vary for each show. Please refer to the show you wish to buy tickets for for pricing information.
When will I receive my tickets?
The tickets for Hakkasan Group are electronic. After you have purchased you will receive your E-tickets via email. Please either print your email confirmation or save it to your phone and bring this with you to the venue. This confirmation email is your E-ticket and contains a unique bar-code with your ticket purchase details. Upon arrival at the venue you will be asked to present your E-ticket with the bar-code for scanning verification along with valid ID and the credit/payment card the tickets were purchased with.
What is the venue fee?
Tickets are subject to a per ticket venue fee which is shown in the ticket selection page.
Is this site secure?
Yes, all your details are held securely on our systems. Your credit or debit card details are NOT retained by us. When processing payments, we use a SSL secure connection to the bank’s computers.
What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?
Hakkasan Group ticket payments will be handled by Venue Driver and this will appear on your card statement.
Can I get a refund?
Bookings are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE, unless otherwise stated in the Terms of Use – Ticket Purchasing Service.

Ticket Purchasing:

Am I able to buy tickets over the telephone?
Yes, by calling Hakkasan Group’s Concierge Center at 702-588-5688 between the hours of 9am – 12am (midnight) Pacific Time.
Once I have ordered will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes absolutely. Be sure to check your email inbox for your order confirmation. If you can’t find it there be sure to check your spam box.
If I have any questions concerning my purchase can I contact someone?
Yes, please contact http://support.venuedriver.com and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
Can I get replacement tickets if I lose my tickets?
Yes, if you are the authorized purchaser, please contact [email protected] . We will be sure to resend your electronic ticket or provide a secure download link to access your e-ticket confirmation.
What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted by Hakkasan Group.
What happens if a show is rescheduled or cancelled?
You will be offered the opportunity to transfer your tickets to the new date, or receive a refund.
Am I able to cancel my tickets if I am unable to make the show?
No tickets are non-refundable.
