• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage reservations, guest flow and reception operations
• A calm and professional approach with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest service standards
• Experience using restaurant reservations systems
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
